Northwest of the downtown center of Fort Lauderdale exists a creative arts district known as the Flagler Arts and Technology district. With the planned development of a high-speed rail and connectivity to Miami in less than 30 minutes, ai3 helps activate an already vibrant and historic warehouse district currently comprised of art galleries, artists studios, and creative professionals. With the introduction of housing, live work, and creative office, the project seeks to invigorate and support the active day and night time activities of the district.
