The first phase of the CERES development in Chattahoochee Hills

CERES' initial phase includes four commercial buildings, each playing a distinct but interdependent role in the community.

The retail buildings are intimately scaled to the street level.

Two retail buildings activate the public realm through color and visible interiors. The architecture is influenced by classic, French design with a colonnade marching along the street front. Upper floors include condominiums with recessed terraces and spectacular penthouse units.

The Incubator is the engine of innovation.

The Incubator building showcases chefs, experimentation, and culinary culture in a flexible, social environment. Designed as the lantern at the entry to the development, the Pavilion design glows at night framed between New Orleans inspired columns and ample outdoor seating.
