With aims to embrace the local landscape as well as set the standard for sustainable construction, the family of four sought out the perfect plot, nestled within the embrace of the rolling Chattahoochee Hills and its towering branches, and ground was broken on the Modern Treehouse.

The arboreal retreat has as an open layout, with spacious living areas that flow seamlessly from one to the next. Large windows and operable doors flood the interiors with natural light, offering panoramic views of the surrounding canopy and allowing inhabitants to feel as though they are truly living among the trees. Maintaining and integrating existing tree growth into the design wherever possible was paramount; specifically noting the old Hickory tree on display at the patio.

Flexibility became another pillar of design; being sure the home will evolve with the needs of the family, particularly as the children grow. Spaces are designed to adapt and grow alongside them, offering versatility and longevity to the home's design.
