Undergoing extensive improvements, the once industrial-lined thoroughfare connecting Downtown Atlanta and Cobb County is quickly becoming a breeding ground for investment and boosting property value throughout the area. Taking shape along the rapidly transforming corridor, a “planned destination project,” is being prepared under the headline “The Quarter Upper Westside.” Engaged by Cannon Equities, ai3 was charged with developing the master plan and providing full architectural services for this mixed-use development. In addition to office, retail and restaurants, the development features a public amphitheater, pond, pocket parks, and food truck parking. Residential units, including an apartment complex, are combined with a collection of townhouse, flats, and city homes.
